About This Role
CareConnect India is looking for dedicated Customer Care Executives to join our Chennai evening operations team. You will be the voice of our clients' brands, handling customer queries, concerns, and service requests with professionalism and empathy across voice and chat channels during peak evening hours. This role suits results-driven candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented contact centre environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and handle inbound customer contacts via voice and chat channels, resolving service queries within agreed SLA targets
- Diagnose customer issues accurately, provide clear solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction before closing each contact
- Process service requests, refunds, replacements, and account modifications in the CRM and back-end systems
- Document every interaction with complete accuracy including issue summary, resolution action, and follow-up required
- Identify trends in recurring customer complaints and report them to the team lead for process improvement review
- Consistently achieve or surpass personal KPIs: CSAT score, FCR rate, AHT, and adherence to schedule
- Attend evening briefings, product update sessions, and quality feedback meetings
Required Skills and Qualifications
- HSC (12th pass) or any Bachelor's degree
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English; Hindi proficiency is a plus for pan-India client projects
- Empathetic, solution-oriented approach to every customer interaction
- Comfortable with CRM tools, helpdesk platforms, and multitasking on a computer during live calls
- Prior customer service, BPO, or retail experience is preferred but freshers are welcome
