About This Role
VoicePlus India is hiring Call Center Executives for our evening shift operations in Chennai. You will handle inbound and outbound voice calls for leading retail, e-commerce, and service clients, providing resolution and support to customers in a professional, efficient manner. This role is ideal for candidates who prefer evening hours and want to build a career in the BPO and customer experience sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls, resolve queries related to orders, billing, accounts, and service issues within defined TAT
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment reminders, feedback collection, and lead qualification as per project requirements
- Log every interaction accurately in the CRM system immediately after each call
- Adhere strictly to call scripts, escalation protocols, and quality benchmarks set by the client
- Maintain daily call count, average handling time, and first-call resolution targets
- Escalate unresolved or complex complaints to the floor supervisor with proper context notes
- Participate in weekly team huddles, quality calibration sessions, and product knowledge updates
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 12th pass or graduate; freshers from any stream are welcome
- Good spoken English and Tamil; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage
- Strong listening skills, calm temperament, and a customer-first attitude
- Basic computer skills including typing speed of 25+ WPM
- Willingness to work the evening shift (4 PM – 1 AM) on a 5-day week

- Monthly salary of ₹14,000–₹20,000 for the evening shift
