About This Role
CareConnect India is looking for Part Time Telecallers for our Chennai evening shift. You will make and receive calls for lead generation, customer follow-up, and service feedback collection on behalf of our clients. This is an ideal opportunity for students, homemakers, and individuals with strong communication skills who prefer working after 5 PM without a long full-time commitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers as per daily call lists provided by the team lead
- Introduce products, services, or promotional offers clearly and persuasively to callers
- Collect customer feedback and update CRM records with call outcomes, contact details, and lead scores
- Handle basic inbound queries and redirect complex issues to the appropriate department
- Meet daily call count and conversion targets as set by the supervisor
- Follow call scripts precisely while adapting tone and language to individual customer responses
- Maintain professional courtesy even during challenging or escalated calls
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 12th pass or above; graduates preferred
- Fluency in Tamil and basic English for effective communication with Chennai customers
- Clear, confident speaking voice and good active listening skills
- Basic computer skills for CRM data entry and call logging
- Prior telecalling or customer contact experience is a plus but not mandatory
What We Offer
- Part-time evening salary of ₹7,000–₹12,000 per month plus per-conversion incentives
- Evening shift hours: 5 PM – 9 PM, Monday to Friday
