About This Role
BankPath India is looking for a results-driven Bank Sales Executive to join our retail banking sales team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, cross-selling banking products, and helping clients choose the right financial solutions for their needs. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new individual and business banking customers through field visits, referrals, and lead generation activities
- Promote and sell retail banking products including savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, personal loans, credit cards, and insurance products
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for product sourcing, activation, and cross-selling
- Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend suitable financial products that align with their goals and risk profiles
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and submit regular activity reports to the branch sales manager
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
- Ensure all sales activities comply with RBI guidelines, KYC norms, and internal banking compliance standards
- Participate in bank-organised sales drives, community events, and promotional campaigns
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Good understanding of retail banking products and financial services
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi or a local language
- Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory
- Prior experience in bancassurance, BFSI sales, or direct selling is preferred
