About This Role
QuickEntry India is looking for a reliable and fast-typing Data Entry Executive to support our client servicing and back-office operations in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling high volumes of structured and unstructured data, working within tight turnaround times, and maintaining strict accuracy standards throughout every project.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input data from various sources including forms, invoices, scanned documents, and client files into company systems
- Cross-check entered data against source documents to identify and resolve discrepancies before submission
- Manage and update client databases, mailing lists, and product catalogues as per project specifications
- Export, format, and share data reports in Excel, PDF, or client-specified formats on a scheduled basis
- Handle inbound and outbound data requests from internal teams and external clients professionally
- Maintain file organisation systems (both physical and digital) to enable fast retrieval of records
- Assist in testing and rolling out new data entry software or templates introduced by the technology team
- Flag data quality issues, volume anomalies, or process bottlenecks to the operations manager
Required Skills and Qualifications
- HSC or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Arts, or any related field
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with accuracy above 95%
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data filters
- Experience with ERP systems, CRM tools, or database management software is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, systematic work approach, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
What We Offer
- Monthly salary between ₹16,000 and ₹24,000 based on speed, accuracy, and experience
