PeopleFirst India is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its Pune HR team to drive end-to-end hiring for corporate and operational roles across the company's three Pune business units. The role covers the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing candidate experience, and facilitating offer closure. You will report to the HR Manager and manage a hiring volume of 8–15 open positions simultaneously across roles ranging from entry-level operations to mid-manager hires. The company uses Naukri and LinkedIn for sourcing alongside internal referrals. Interview coordination is managed centrally by your role, and you will liaise with five to eight hiring managers across business units. Candidate experience is tracked through offer acceptance rates and post-join feedback, and these metrics inform how your performance is evaluated.
