About This Role

TalentBridge India is hiring an HR Manager for its Bangalore head office to lead people operations for a workforce of 80 employees. The role owns the full HR function — talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, payroll oversight, statutory compliance, and employee relations. This is a senior generalist role that reports to the CEO and requires a confident, experienced HR professional capable of operating independently and building HR processes from a well-established but continuously evolving base.

Role Context

You will be the most senior HR professional in the Bangalore office and the primary point of contact for all people-related decisions. You will manage a team of two HR executives and an admin coordinator. The company is growing at 20% annually, which means the role involves active recruitment, rapid onboarding, and continuous process improvement alongside steady-state HR operations. HRBP experience with leadership teams is valued — this role is expected to participate in business planning from a people lens.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for all open roles including senior positions and leadership hires
  • Design and manage performance review cycles, goal-setting frameworks, and compensation benchmarking
  • Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure full statutory compliance across PF, ESI, PT, and gratuity
  • Build and maintain HR policies and employee handbook in line with current Indian labor law requirements
  • Handle employee relations including grievance management, disciplinary processes, and sensitive exits
  • Partner with functional heads on workforce planning, retention strategies, and team restructuring
  • Manage the HR team of two executives and provide regular coaching and performance feedback
  • Generate monthly and quarterly HR MIS reports covering headcount, attrition, and hiring metrics for leadership

Requirements & Skills

  • 5–8 years of HR generalist experience with at least 2 years in an HR Manager or HR BP role
  • Full ownership experience across recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor law including Shops and Establishments Act, POSH, and statutory benefits
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
  • Proficiency with HRMS platforms such as Darwinbox, Keka, or Zoho People for full HR operations
  • Excellent communication skills in English for leadership interaction, policy documentation, and staff communication
  • Calm, fair, and decisive approach to employee relations and difficult HR situations

  • Monthly salary of ₹50,000–₹85,000 based on HR management experience and company size managed previously
