About This Role

HRCore India is hiring an Admin Executive for its Hyderabad office to manage day-to-day office administration, vendor coordination, facility management, and executive support tasks. The role ensures the Hyderabad office runs smoothly across procurement, housekeeping oversight, travel arrangements, and company event coordination. This is a full-time office support role suited to organized, proactive candidates who take ownership of their space and responsibilities without requiring constant supervision.

Role Context

You will report to the Office Manager and support a Hyderabad team of 45 employees across HR and operations functions. The role involves both routine daily tasks — managing supplies, handling couriers, coordinating with vendors — and periodic projects such as office relocations, compliance inspections, and company event logistics. Admin executives at HRCore India are trusted with procurement authority up to defined limits and are expected to manage vendor relationships professionally and cost-consciously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations including housekeeping coordination, supply procurement, and facilities maintenance
  • Handle vendor management for office supplies, pantry, and facility services with regular cost reviews
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings including flights, hotels, and ground transport for staff
  • Manage inward and outward courier and document dispatch with tracking and confirmation documentation
  • Maintain office asset register and coordinate equipment maintenance and AMC renewal schedules
  • Assist HR in organizing company events, townhalls, and employee engagement activities in Hyderabad
  • Process vendor invoices and submit expense claims for administrative expenditures with proper approvals
  • Ensure compliance documentation for fire safety, building permits, and lease agreements is maintained

Requirements & Skills

  • 1–3 years of office administration or admin executive experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, processing purchase orders, and tracking office procurement costs
  • Good written and spoken English and Telugu for internal and vendor communication
  • MS Office proficiency including Word, Excel, and Outlook for administrative documentation and scheduling
  • Proactive problem-solving approach — identifies issues and resolves them before escalation is needed
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent administrative tasks independently
  • Familiarity with travel booking portals and corporate travel policy compliance is a plus
