Job Description

About This Role

HRCore India is hiring an HR Administrator for its Delhi operations support team. The role focuses on HR documentation, employee data management, statutory compliance record-keeping, and administrative coordination for HR operations serving clients across the NCR region. This is a detail-oriented office role suited to candidates with organized work habits, accurate data entry skills, and a basic understanding of Indian HR compliance documentation requirements in a corporate setting.

Role Context

You will report to the HR Operations Manager and support a team of five HR professionals managing HR outsourcing services for five to eight client companies. Your primary responsibility is maintaining accurate, audit-ready employee records across the client accounts, managing document workflows between employees, HR managers, and statutory authorities, and ensuring HR administrative tasks are completed on schedule without reminders. Accuracy and reliability are the primary performance standards in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain complete and accurate employee files including contracts, appointment letters, and statutory documents
  • Process employee joining, confirmation, and separation documentation within defined HR workflow timelines
  • Track attendance and leave data across client accounts and prepare monthly summaries for payroll processing
  • Manage PF, ESI, and PT registration and contribution documentation for new joiners and exits
  • Coordinate with statutory authorities for PF transfers, withdrawals, and compliance certificate issuances
  • Respond to employee administrative queries on documents, relieving letters, and experience certificates
  • Maintain digital and physical HR document filing with organized folder structures for audit readiness
  • Prepare monthly HR MIS reports covering headcount, attrition, and joining data for client reporting

Requirements & Skills

  • 1–3 years of HR administration or HR operations experience in a corporate or outsourcing environment
  • Working knowledge of Indian HR statutory processes including PF, ESI, PT, and gratuity requirements
  • Strong MS Excel skills for employee data management, tracker maintenance, and MIS report preparation
  • Accurate and organized data entry habits with zero tolerance for documentation errors
  • Familiarity with HRMS platforms such as Greythr, Keka, or Darwin Box for employee records management
  • Good written communication in English and Hindi for employee and client correspondence
  • Reliable, punctual, and focused on meeting recurring administrative deadlines without follow-up

Benefits & Work Conditions

  • Monthly salary of ₹18,000–₹35,000 based on HR administration experience and compliance knowledge
  • PF and ESI statutory benefits from the joining date
  • Access to HRMS platforms and statutory portals for hands-on compliance administration experience
  • Annual performance increment and pathway to Senior HR Administrator within 18 months
  • Stable five-day work week with fixed office hours at the Delhi operations center

Who Should Apply

This role is well suited for HR professionals who prefer the organized, process-driven side of human resources over recruitment or employee relations. If you take documentation accuracy seriously, meet administrative deadlines consistently, and want to develop deep expertise in Indian HR statutory compliance within a structured outsourcing environment in Delhi, HRCore India offers the client exposure, the HRMS tool access, and the team structure to build a strong HR operations career.
