About This Role

TalentBridge India is hiring HR Recruiters for its Bangalore talent acquisition team. The company provides recruitment process outsourcing to IT, fintech, and e-commerce clients, and this role involves end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical positions across client accounts. You will manage requisitions, source candidates, screen profiles, schedule interviews, and manage offers. This is a high-volume recruiting role with clear productivity metrics and a strong incentive structure tied to positions filled.

Role Context

Reporting to the Recruiting Lead, you will manage 15–25 open requisitions simultaneously across one to two client accounts. Sourcing happens primarily through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal candidate databases. You will coordinate with client hiring managers directly on technical screening requirements and offer approvals. The role is measured on time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and candidate experience scores — not just resume submission volume.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned client positions from JD receipt through offer acceptance
  • Source candidates actively through Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal talent pools for each open role
  • Screen candidate profiles for technical fit, experience level, and compensation alignment before submission
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client hiring managers across time zones
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the process maintaining clear status updates at every stage
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess communication, notice period, and offer expectations
  • Prepare and negotiate offer letters within approved compensation bands for each position
  • Maintain accurate ATS records for all active requisitions and candidate status tracking

Requirements & Skills

  • 1–3 years of IT or non-IT recruitment experience in an agency, RPO, or corporate TA team
  • Hands-on sourcing experience using Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter for technical role hiring
  • Ability to screen technical profiles for basic fit without deep technical expertise yourself
  • Strong candidate relationship management skills — responsive, clear, and reliable communication
  • Experience managing 15+ simultaneous open requisitions in a high-volume recruiting environment
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, or Lever
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to balance quality-of-hire with time-to-fill requirements
