About This Role

TechSupport India is hiring Voice Process Executives for its Chennai center to handle inbound and outbound customer calls for banking and financial services clients. The role covers account servicing calls, payment reminders, loan query handling, and KYC verification calling. Role Context

You will report to the Team Leader on the banking voice floor and work within a team of fifteen executives. The Chennai center operates in two shifts covering 8 AM to 8 PM, with occasional rotational Saturday requirements. Daily call targets range from 70 to 100 contacts depending on the campaign type. BFSI compliance requirements including RBI customer protection guidelines are strictly enforced — all agents are trained and tested on these requirements within the first week of joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound banking service calls covering account balance queries, statement requests, and card services
• Conduct outbound payment reminder and EMI notification calls within TRAI and RBI compliance guidelines
• Perform KYC document verification calls and guide customers through the document submission process
• Log every call outcome and customer response accurately in the banking CRM platform
• Meet daily call volume, talk time, and campaign-specific resolution rate targets
• Follow mandatory compliance protocols including call recording consent and data protection procedures
• Escalate sensitive complaints, fraud suspicions, and regulatory concerns to the supervisor immediately
• Complete weekly compliance knowledge assessments and banking product updates as directed

Requirements & Skills

• 0–2 years of voice process or BPO experience; freshers with clear communication are welcome
• Clear spoken Tamil and English for the banking client's Southern India service territory
• Professional telephone manner with a calm, confident delivery even in collections-adjacent situations
• Basic banking product knowledge including savings accounts, credit cards, and EMI loans
• Comfortable with target-based daily calling work and BFSI compliance requirements
• Basic computer literacy for CRM usage, call logging, and script screen navigation
• Residents of Chennai preferred for reliable in-person center attendance across both shifts
