About This Role

VoicePlus India is hiring Customer Service Associates for its Delhi operations hub. The role covers inbound customer support for telecom and broadband clients — handling service activation queries, billing disputes, technical troubleshooting assistance, and complaints across voice and chat channels. This is a full-time, shift-based position best suited to Hindi and English speakers who are comfortable with basic technical troubleshooting conversations and can maintain professional conduct under high call volumes.

Role Context

Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, you will handle 70–100 customer contacts per shift for a major telecom client operating on a 24/7 support model. Shifts rotate across day, evening, and night windows with five working days per week. The center in Delhi provides transport for late evening and night shifts. Team Leaders conduct morning briefings covering call trends, compliance reminders, and product updates before each shift begins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound voice and chat contacts for telecom client accounts covering connectivity and billing queries
  • Assist customers with service activation, plan upgrade requests, and broadband configuration guidance
  • Resolve billing disputes by verifying account data and applying approved adjustments within authorization limits
  • Log every contact with accurate resolution details, call reason, and follow-up actions in the CRM
  • Escalate technical issues beyond first-level resolution to the technical support queue with complete case notes
  • Achieve first contact resolution targets and maintain AHT within the campaign benchmark range
  • Participate in weekly product knowledge tests and calibration sessions with the quality team
  • Maintain CSAT scores above the floor minimum and respond to coaching feedback from quality audits

Requirements & Skills

  • 0–2 years of customer service, BPO, or telecom support experience
  • Clear spoken Hindi and working English for voice and chat channel handling
  • Basic technical understanding of broadband connectivity, router settings, and mobile plan structures
  • Patient and helpful communication style suited to frustrated telecom customers
  • Comfortable with 24/7 shift rotation including night shifts on a rotational basis
  • Quick learner for telecom product knowledge and customer support CRM tools
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for shift-based center operations
