About This Role

CareConnect India is hiring Call Center Executives for its Pune delivery center to handle inbound and outbound voice operations for retail and logistics clients. The role involves managing customer service calls, processing order-related queries, handling delivery complaint escalations, and conducting outbound satisfaction surveys. It is a target-based, full-time position with defined shift timings and clear daily performance expectations. Role Context

You will report to a Shift Team Leader and work within a team of ten call center executives on an assigned client campaign. Daily targets cover contact volume, resolution rate, and survey completion quotas. The Pune center operates on a five-and-a-half-day work week with rotational shifts. New agents receive seven days of product and process training before going live on calls. Ongoing coaching is provided through weekly call listening sessions and monthly one-on-one performance discussions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls for order status, delivery exceptions, and return initiation requests
  • Conduct outbound post-delivery satisfaction surveys following completed order cycles
  • Process escalated delivery complaints and coordinate with the logistics operations team for resolution
  • Log all call outcomes, complaint details, and customer feedback accurately in the CRM
  • Meet daily inbound handling and outbound survey completion targets without exception
  • Maintain call quality scores above the center's minimum benchmark in all quality monitoring audits
  • Attend daily briefings and complete weekly product knowledge assessments as directed
  • Follow escalation procedures for damaged goods claims, fraud cases, and repeat complaints

Requirements & Skills

  • 0–2 years of call center or customer service experience; fresher candidates welcome
  • Clear spoken Hindi, Marathi, and basic English for the Pune client campaign mix
  • Ability to handle repetitive, volume-based work with consistent quality across a full shift
  • Basic CRM and computer skills for call logging and complaint record management
  • Comfortable working rotational shifts including morning, afternoon, and evening slots
  • Patient communication style for handling delivery complaint and return request calls
  • Willingness to work one Saturday per fortnight as part of the rotational weekend schedule
