About This Role

QuickResolve India is hiring Customer Care Representatives for its Hyderabad support center. The company provides customer service operations for healthcare and insurance clients, and this role involves handling inbound patient and policyholder queries across voice and email channels. Strong Telugu and English communication skills are essential. This is a full-time, shift-based position with structured training, defined escalation processes, and clear performance metrics from day one.

Role Context

Reporting to the Support Team Leader, you will handle an average of 50–80 customer contacts per shift for healthcare and insurance accounts. Queries range from appointment scheduling and claims status checks to policy change requests and billing disputes. The healthcare domain requires sensitivity and accuracy — customers are often in stressful situations when they call, and maintaining a calm, helpful tone throughout is a baseline expectation of the role, not an optional quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and emails for healthcare and insurance client accounts
  • Assist patients with appointment scheduling, hospital network queries, and procedure coverage questions
  • Process policyholder requests for claims status updates, premium receipts, and policy endorsements
  • Log all interactions in the customer support CRM with accurate case details and resolution notes
  • Escalate complex medical or policy cases to the appropriate specialist queue without delay
  • Maintain empathetic, professional call conduct with patients and policyholders at all times
  • Meet first call resolution, AHT, and CSAT targets set by the team leader each week
  • Stay current on product and policy knowledge through weekly updates and briefing sessions

Requirements & Skills

  • 0–2 years of customer service or BPO experience; healthcare domain experience is an advantage
  • Clear spoken Telugu and English for voice channel; basic written English for email support
  • Empathetic communication style suited to patient and policyholder interactions
  • Basic computer proficiency for CRM data entry and multi-screen navigation during live calls
  • Ability to work shift patterns covering morning, afternoon, and rotational weekend slots
  • Calm under pressure and capable of managing emotional or distressed customer situations professionally
  • Accurate data entry habits — healthcare records require zero tolerance for input errors
