About This Role

VoicePlus India is hiring BPO Executives for its Mumbai outbound and inbound voice operations. The company manages customer engagement, collections, and sales verification processes for BFSI and telecom clients. This role involves handling calls as part of defined campaign workflows — outbound lead qualification and callback management or inbound query handling depending on the shift assignment. Freshers and candidates with up to two years of calling experience are invited to apply for this full-time position.

Role Context

You will report to a Floor Supervisor and work within a team of fifteen to twenty BPO executives on an assigned campaign. Daily call targets, talk time requirements, and quality scores are monitored in real time. Morning briefings cover the day's campaign parameters, compliance requirements, and product or policy updates. Performance is reviewed daily, and agents consistently meeting targets receive priority for shift preferences and promotion consideration.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute outbound calls for BFSI client campaigns covering loan collections, payment reminders, and lead follow-up
• Handle inbound customer calls with professional greeting, active listening, and structured query resolution
• Follow TRAI compliance protocols including DND verification and call recording consent procedures
• Log call disposition, customer response, and outcome data accurately in the campaign CRM after each call
• Meet daily talk time, contact rate, and campaign-specific conversion targets
• Escalate regulatory complaints and sensitive customer situations to the supervisor immediately
• Participate in daily compliance briefings and mandatory product knowledge refreshers
• Maintain call quality scores above the floor minimum benchmark in monthly audits

Requirements & Skills

• 0–2 years of BPO, calling, or customer service experience
• Clear spoken Hindi and Marathi for Mumbai-based client campaigns; English is an advantage
• Comfort with target-based, high-volume calling work across an eight-hour shift
• Basic computer skills for CRM data entry and call script navigation during live calls
• Understanding of basic BFSI product terminology is helpful but training will be provided
• Professional, respectful call conduct even in collections or objection-handling situations
• Reliable, punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts including rotational Saturdays
