About This Role

CareConnect India is hiring Customer Support Executives for its Bangalore operations center. The company provides outsourced customer support services for e-commerce and consumer tech clients, and this role involves handling inbound customer queries via voice, email, and chat channels. It is a full-time, shift-based position suited to candidates with clear communication skills, a patient approach to problem-solving, and the ability to follow structured resolution processes under volume.

Role Context

You will report to a Team Leader managing a team of twelve support agents. Shifts rotate across morning, afternoon, and night slots based on client SLA requirements. Queue volumes range from 80 to 150 contacts per shift depending on the campaign. You will be expected to handle each contact professionally, resolve issues within the first interaction where possible, and escalate cases that require higher-level intervention without delay. Quality scores, CSAT ratings, and average handling time are the primary performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries via voice calls, email, and live chat for assigned client campaigns
  • Resolve order-related, billing, and account access issues within defined SLA timelines
  • Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM with contact reason, resolution, and follow-up notes
  • Escalate unresolved or complex cases to the Team Leader or Level 2 support queue promptly
  • Follow client-approved scripts and resolution pathways for each contact type consistently
  • Maintain CSAT scores above the team's target threshold in all weekly quality audits
  • Participate in daily briefings, product knowledge updates, and weekly calibration sessions
  • Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve resolution scripts and FAQ content

Requirements & Skills

  • 0–2 years of customer support or call center experience; freshers with good communication are welcome
  • Clear spoken English for voice channel and written English for email and chat support
  • Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and professional during challenging customer interactions
  • Basic computer proficiency for CRM data entry, email handling, and chat tool navigation
  • Comfortable working in a shift environment including afternoon and night shifts on rotation
  • Quick learner for product knowledge and process updates across multiple client campaigns
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to full-time in-office work at the Bangalore operations center
