About This Role

FinCore India is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to lead the finance and compliance function for its enterprise client portfolio in Mumbai. This full-time onsite role requires a CA Final qualified candidate with 1-4 years of post-qualification experience in audit, direct tax, or corporate finance. The selected professional will manage complex financial reporting, statutory compliance, and client advisory responsibilities with a high degree of independence.

Role Context

As a Chartered Accountant at FinCore India, you will be assigned a portfolio of mid-size and large corporate clients and will manage their financial statements, direct and indirect tax compliance, and statutory audit coordination. You will work directly with client finance teams in Mumbai and report to the Practice Head. This is a high-accountability role with significant client-facing advisory responsibility and team supervision duties.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and Companies Act 2013 requirements
Manage corporate tax compliance including advance tax computation, ITR filing, and tax audit support
Handle full GST compliance including complex ITC reconciliation, GSTR-9, and GST audit proceedings
Coordinate statutory and internal audits and represent clients before income tax and GST authorities
Provide financial advisory to clients on corporate structuring, working capital, and compliance optimization
Review and finalize monthly MIS reports and management accounts for client review
Supervise and review the work of junior accountants and accounts executives assigned to your portfolio
Advise clients on regulatory changes in Income Tax, GST, and Companies Act affecting their business

Requirements & Skills

Qualified CA from ICAI with a minimum of 1-4 years of post-qualification experience required
Strong technical knowledge of Ind AS, Income Tax Act, GST law, and Companies Act 2013
Experience in statutory audit, direct tax, or corporate finance in a reputed CA firm or company
Proficiency in accounting software including Tally, SAP, or Oracle Financials
Strong leadership ability with experience reviewing and mentoring junior team members
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for direct client-facing advisory
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and simultaneous compliance deadlines

Monthly salary of INR 45,000 to 90,000 commensurate with qualification and post-qualification experience
