About This Role

SellerDesk India is hiring Amazon Marketplace Virtual Assistants for its remote e-commerce support team. In this role you will manage day-to-day Amazon marketplace tasks for seller clients — including listing optimization, PPC campaign monitoring, review tracking, and competitor research. This is a full-time, permanent work-from-home position. Candidates with prior exposure to Amazon Seller Central, PPC advertising, or e-commerce platforms will be preferred, but freshers with a strong interest in e-commerce are also considered.

Role Context

SellerDesk supports 50+ Amazon seller brands across the US and UK marketplaces. Each Marketplace VA manages 2–3 accounts and is the day-to-day operational owner for those accounts. Unlike basic listing VAs, you are expected to understand Amazon's search algorithm, keyword ranking, and PPC bidding fundamentals. SellerDesk provides 3 weeks of paid onboarding training covering all tools before you take on a live account. You work standard IST hours (9 AM – 6 PM) with occasional early morning calls for US client reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize existing Amazon listings — titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend keywords using Helium 10
  • Monitor PPC campaigns daily — adjust bids, pause underperforming keywords, add negative keywords
  • Track organic ranking positions for target keywords and report weekly movement
  • Monitor competitor listings and pricing — flag significant changes to account manager
  • Manage review requests using Amazon's Request a Review button and track review count trends
  • Handle A+ Content updates and storefront changes in coordination with the design team
  • Prepare weekly account performance reports — sales, ACOS, BSR, session count

Requirements

  • Any graduation — BBA, B.Com, or related preferred
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central — basic or intermediate level
  • Understanding of Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products) is a strong advantage
  • Good English — must write professional emails to US/UK clients
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets for reporting
  • Laptop with 8 GB RAM and stable broadband: 15 Mbps or above
