About This Role

EcomStart India is hiring Remote E-Commerce Associates to support Amazon seller operations for its growing client base. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to freshers who want to build a career in e-commerce operations. You will help manage Amazon seller accounts — from uploading listings to tracking orders and handling customer messages. No prior e-commerce experience is required. EcomStart provides complete training on Amazon Seller Central, listing tools, and e-commerce best practices during the first 2 weeks.

Role Context

EcomStart manages end-to-end Amazon operations for small and medium brand sellers in India, the US, and the UK. As an E-Commerce Associate, you are assigned to one or two client accounts and handle the daily operational tasks that keep the Amazon store running smoothly — uploading new products, responding to buyer messages, monitoring orders, and flagging account health issues. Your work directly impacts the client's sales and customer satisfaction ratings. All work is done through Amazon Seller Central and Google Workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload new product listings to Amazon Seller Central using flat files or manual entry
  • Monitor and respond to buyer messages within Amazon's 24-hour response window
  • Track open orders, late shipments, and return requests
  • Flag negative reviews, A-to-Z claims, and account health alerts to the account manager
  • Update product images, prices, and inventory quantities as instructed
  • Prepare weekly performance reports using data from Seller Central

Requirements

  • Any graduation — freshers of 2023, 2024, or 2025 batch welcome
  • Good written English — buyer messages are in English
  • Basic MS Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Familiarity with online shopping on Amazon (as a buyer) is sufficient background
  • Laptop with Chrome browser and stable internet: 15 Mbps or above
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable with independent work
