About This Role

FBAAssist India is hiring Amazon FBA Virtual Assistants for its remote team. FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) Virtual Assistants support Amazon sellers who use Amazon's warehousing and fulfillment services to run their e-commerce businesses. You will manage FBA shipments, monitor inventory levels, track sales performance, and handle seller account tasks — all from home. This is a genuine, growing remote career path in e-commerce operations. Prior FBA knowledge is not required — we provide full training.

Role Context

FBAAssist manages FBA operations for 30+ seller accounts across the US, UK, and UAE Amazon marketplaces. As an FBA VA, you are assigned to 2–3 seller accounts and become the day-to-day operational contact for those accounts. Your work involves creating inbound shipment plans, monitoring stranded or suppressed inventory, tracking reorder points, and flagging performance alerts to the account manager. All account access is provided through Amazon Seller Central. You communicate with your manager via Slack and submit a daily task completion log.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create FBA inbound shipment plans in Amazon Seller Central for assigned accounts
  • Monitor inventory levels and send low-stock alerts to the account manager
  • Track suppressed, stranded, and unfulfillable inventory and raise removal or relist requests
  • Monitor daily sales performance and flag unusual drops or spikes
  • Download FBA fee reports and reconcile against expected costs in a Google Sheet tracker
  • Submit reimbursement requests for lost or damaged FBA inventory
  • Maintain account health dashboards — order defect rate, late shipment rate, policy compliance

Requirements

  • Any graduation — B.Com, BBA, or BSc preferred
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce (personal Amazon shopping experience counts)
  • Good English reading and writing skills
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel — basic formulas required
  • Laptop with Chrome browser and stable internet: 15 Mbps or above
  • Amazon Seller Central experience is a strong advantage but not required
