About This Role
FlexCareer USA is hiring for multiple fully remote positions across the United States that require no prior work experience. These are legitimate, full-time work-from-home jobs — not gig work or contract assignments. Remote Roles Available
- Remote Customer Service Representative: Handle phone and chat support for insurance or subscription service customers. Pay: $17–$21/hr. Good phone manner required.
- Work From Home Data Entry Clerk: Enter and verify data from digital source documents into company systems. Typing 38 WPM required. Pay: $16–$19/hr.
- Online Chat Support Agent: Handle 3–4 simultaneous customer chats for a US e-commerce brand. Strong written English required. Pay: $17–$21/hr.
- Remote Administrative Assistant: Manage calendars, emails, and basic reporting for a small business team. MS Office skills required. Pay: $18–$24/hr.

Requirements
- US resident authorized to work in the United States

- High school diploma or GED

- Quiet home workspace with no background noise during shifts
