Available Roles at Target
- General Merchandise Team Member: Stock shelves, support guests, maintain department presentation. Pay: $15–$18/hr.
- Drive Up / Order Pickup Associate: Pick and deliver online orders to guests' cars. Pay: $15–$18/hr. Fast-paced, active role.
- Fulfillment Center Associate: Pick, pack, and ship Target.com orders from a regional distribution center. Pay: $17–$22/hr.
- Guest Advocate (Cashier/Service Desk): Operate checkout lanes and the guest services desk. Pay: $15–$18/hr.
- Overnight Stocking Team Member: Receive and stock overnight truck shipments. Pay: $17–$21/hr (night differential).
- Food & Beverage Team Member: Maintain the grocery, deli, and Starbucks café areas. Pay: $15–$18/hr.
Requirements
- 16 years or older (18+ for overnight and DC roles)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 40 lbs for stocking roles
- Reliable and punctual — consistent shift coverage required
