Available Hourly Roles
- Cashier: Operate checkout registers, assist customers, process returns. Pay: $15–$17/hr.
- Sales Floor Associate: Stock shelves, assist customers finding products, maintain department appearance. Pay: $15–$17/hr.
- Online Order Fulfillment (OGP): Pick and pack online grocery orders for curbside pickup. Pay: $15–$18/hr. Fast-paced, active role.
- Overnight Stocker: Receive and stock overnight freight shipments. Pay: $17–$20/hr (shift differential included).
- Fulfillment Center Associate: Pick, pack, and ship orders in a Walmart distribution or fulfillment center. Pay: $17–$21/hr.
- Sam's Club Member Assistant: Assist members, stock merchandise, operate registers at Sam's Club. Pay: $16–$20/hr.
Requirements
- 16 years or older for store roles; 18+ for overnight and fulfillment center roles
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40–60 lbs (for stocking and FC roles)
- Reliable attendance and availability for scheduled shifts
- No prior experience required — Walmart trains you on the job
