About This Role

Invesco India is hiring fresher Equity Investment Analysts for its India investment management operations. Invesco is a global $1.7 trillion asset manager and one of the largest ETF providers globally (PowerShares/Invesco QQQ). Invesco India manages mutual funds, portfolio management services (PMS), and alternative investment funds (AIF) — investing in Indian equities with a disciplined fundamental approach.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct bottom-up fundamental equity research on Indian listed companies for Invesco India's equity mutual funds and PMS
Build detailed financial models: earnings forecasts, DCF valuation, and bull/base/bear scenario analyses
Perform qualitative assessment of management quality, capital allocation track record, and corporate governance
Attend quarterly earnings calls, management meetings, and annual general meetings
Track macroeconomic data: RBI monetary policy, IIP, GST collections, and sectoral PMI data
Prepare stock idea presentation decks for Invesco India's Investment Committee

Requirements & Skills

MBA (Finance) from a recognised institution or CFA Level I cleared (2025/2026 batch)
Strong fundamental equity analysis and financial modelling skills
Good understanding of Indian macro economy, sectoral dynamics, and SEBI regulations
Passion for equity investing with a long-term fundamental investment mindset
Bloomberg Terminal familiarity; CFA certification pursuit strongly encouraged
