Role Context

As a fresher joining the WFH team, you are paired with a buddy for your first 30 days who helps you navigate Amazon's internal tools and policies. Your first two weeks are dedicated training — you go live on actual customer interactions only after passing the readiness assessment. Performance is reviewed weekly so you always know where you stand.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer chat and email queries related to orders, returns, refunds, and Prime membership
• Process cancellations, replacements, and account changes using Amazon's internal tools
• Maintain CSAT and first-contact resolution targets
• Update case records in Amazon's CRM after every interaction
• Complete all assigned training modules and compliance certifications on time

Requirements

• 12th pass or any graduation — freshers of 2023, 2024, or 2025 batch welcome
• Typing speed: 30 WPM minimum
• Basic English reading and writing
• Personal laptop or desktop — Windows 10 or above
• Wired broadband: 20 Mbps minimum
• Quiet dedicated workspace at home
