About This Role

FreshData Solutions India is hiring Part-Time Data Entry Operators for freshers across India. This is a home-based, part-time role requiring 3–4 hours of work per day. No prior experience is needed — freshers who have just completed 12th or are in their final year of graduation are welcome to apply. This is a legitimate, paid opportunity with zero investment. You type data from source files into our online portal and receive weekly payment for your completed work.

Role Context

FreshData processes digitization projects for clients in publishing, healthcare documentation, and retail catalogue management. New operators are given smaller batches (150–200 records per day) during the first 2 weeks to build accuracy. Batch sizes increase as your speed and accuracy improve. All source material is in English. Work is done through a web portal — no software to install. A WhatsApp support group connects you to your batch supervisor who responds within 2 hours.

Key Responsibilities

Enter data from assigned source documents (PDFs or images) into the web portal
Self-verify entries before submitting each batch
Submit completed batch by 9 PM daily
Maintain accuracy of 97% or above
Notify supervisor in advance if you need to take a day off

Requirements

12th pass or graduation (any stream) — freshers welcome
Typing speed: 25 WPM or above in English
Laptop or desktop — Windows 8 or above
Internet: 5 Mbps or above
3–4 free hours daily (flexible timing — any time between 8 AM and 9 PM)

Pay

Pay: ₹8,000 – ₹14,000 per month for 3–4 hours daily, 25 working days
Weekly payment every Friday via UPI or bank transfer
Accuracy bonus: ₹500 per month for 98%+ accuracy rate
Zero fees — no registration charge, no deposit
