About This Role
FreshCareer India is hiring freshers across India for its remote team in 2026. If you have recently completed 12th or graduation and are looking for your first job that you can do from home, this is your entry point. We hire for customer support, data entry, back-office operations, and virtual assistant roles — your placement depends on your assessment result. No prior work experience is required. This is a genuine, paid, full-time role with weekly salary and zero investment.
Available Remote Profiles
- Customer Support Executive – Handle chat and email queries for e-commerce clients. Good English required.
- Data Entry Operator – Enter and verify structured data in our portal. Typing speed 30 WPM required.
- Back Office Executive – Document processing, MIS updating, and email coordination.
- Virtual Assistant (Fresher) – Calendar management, email drafting, and research tasks for business clients.
Common Requirements (All Profiles)
- 12th pass or any graduation — 2023, 2024, or 2025 pass-out
- Basic English reading and writing skills
- Laptop or desktop — Windows 10 or above
- Stable broadband: 10 Mbps or above
- Dedicated home workspace
- Available for a full-time day shift: 9 AM – 6 PM IST, Monday to Saturday
