About This Role

ING India is hiring fresher Financial Risk Analysts for its Wholesale Banking and Risk Management teams. ING is a leading European bank with a strong presence in corporate lending, trade finance, and sustainable finance. ING India serves Indian and multinational corporates with green bonds, sustainability-linked loans, trade finance, and treasury solutions — and is a pioneer in ESG banking in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct credit risk analysis for Indian corporate borrowers: financial spreading, credit risk rating, and industry analysis
Support sustainability-linked loan (SLL) structuring: ESG KPI selection, sustainability performance targets, and pricing step-up/step-down analysis
Prepare credit approval documentation for corporate term loans, green bonds, and supply chain finance facilities
Monitor market and liquidity risk for ING India's banking book and trading positions
Perform RBI regulatory compliance: CRR, SLR, liquidity coverage ratio (LCR), and NSFR reporting
Conduct IFRS 9 Expected Credit Loss (ECL) calculations for ING India's loan portfolio

Requirements & Skills

MBA (Finance) or CA/CFA Level I from a recognised institution (2025/2026 batch)
Strong credit analysis and financial modelling skills
Interest in ESG banking, green finance, and sustainable lending
Understanding of corporate lending, Basel III, and RBI regulations
Good English communication skills for multinational client and counterpart coordination
