About This Role

Mizuho Bank India is hiring fresher Financial Analysts for its Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) team in Mumbai. Mizuho is one of Japan's three largest banks. Mizuho India serves Indian corporates, Japanese MNCs in India, and public sector undertakings with corporate loans, project finance, syndicated loans, ECB, and capital market solutions — acting as the primary Japanese bank partner for Japan-India bilateral trade and investment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform financial analysis and credit assessment for Indian corporate lending clients
Prepare credit approval memoranda (CAM) for term loans, working capital, project finance, and ECB facilities
Support Japanese MNC clients in India with banking solutions, forex, cash management, and treasury advisory
Monitor existing loan portfolio: covenant compliance, financial ratio tracking, and early warning signal analysis
Process trade finance transactions: Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, and documentary collection for corporate clients
Prepare RBI regulatory reports (Form ECB, Form 15CA/CB, FEMA filings) for cross-border transactions

Requirements & Skills

MBA (Finance/International Business) or CA from a recognised institution (2025/2026 batch)
Financial statement analysis and credit assessment skills
Understanding of corporate banking products and RBI FEMA regulations
Japanese language skills (JLPT N3 or above) are a very strong advantage for Japanese client coverage
Good analytical and communication skills for corporate banking work
