About This Role

DBS Bank India is hiring Relationship Banking Officer Trainees through its Graduate Associate Programme. DBS is Asia's most innovative bank and India's most digitally advanced foreign bank — it was the first bank to offer a fully paperless, branchless banking experience in India through Digibank. You will learn to manage client relationships across Retail, SME, and Corporate Banking segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of retail, business banking, or SME banking clients through needs-based financial advisory
• Cross-sell DBS banking products: savings accounts, fixed deposits, personal loans, home loans, forex, and investment products
• Conduct KYC due diligence for new account opening and periodic review of existing clients
• Support SME clients with working capital loans, trade finance, and cash management solutions
• Assist corporate banking clients with current accounts, treasury products, and cash flow solutions
• Use DBS's digital banking platforms and analytics tools to identify client needs and growth opportunities

Requirements & Skills

• MBA (Finance/Marketing) or graduate from a recognised institution (2025/2026 batch)
• Understanding of banking products: loans, deposits, forex, investments, and insurance
• Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Digital-first mindset aligned with DBS's innovation culture
• Willingness to travel within the city for client meetings
