About This Role
UBS India is hiring fresher Wealth Management Analysts for its Business Solutions Centre (BSC) supporting UBS's global Private Banking, Investment Bank, and Asset Management divisions. UBS is the world's largest private bank, managing $4 trillion+ in invested assets for ultra-high-net-worth individuals. India-based analysts provide investment research, portfolio analytics, and client servicing support for UBS's private banking clients globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare bespoke investment proposals, asset allocation reports, and portfolio analytics for UHNW private banking clients
- Conduct investment research: equity analysis, bond pricing, structured product analysis, and alternative investment due diligence
- Build and maintain financial models for client portfolio simulations, goal-based wealth planning, and risk/return optimisation
- Support onboarding of new private banking clients: KYC documentation, suitability assessment, and account opening
- Process client investment transactions: securities orders, structured product subscriptions, and discretionary mandate instructions
- Prepare regulatory reports for FINMA (Swiss regulator), MAS, and FCA covering private banking client disclosures
Requirements & Skills
- MBA (Finance) / CFA Level I cleared / M.Sc (Finance) from a reputed institution (2025/2026 batch)
- Strong investment knowledge: equities, fixed income, alternatives, and structured products
- Portfolio analytics skills: CAPM, factor models, risk attribution, and performance measurement
- Excel and Python proficiency for investment analysis and reporting
- Excellent written English for client-facing investment communication
