About This Role
Bank of America India is hiring Graduate Analysts for its Global Banking & Markets (GBAM) India operations centre. BofA India supports its global investment banking, corporate banking, and trading operations. You will perform financial analysis, risk reporting, and operations support for one of the world's largest banks — working across IB, treasury, and capital markets product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support investment banking transactions: M&A analysis, capital markets deal structuring, and client presentations
- Perform financial statement analysis, DCF modelling, and comparable company analysis for banking clients
- Assist in credit underwriting for corporate, commercial, and leveraged finance transactions
- Conduct trade operations support: trade booking, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation for equity and rates
- Prepare regulatory capital reports (Dodd-Frank, Basel III) and compliance submissions for global regulators
- Support treasury and ALM (Asset Liability Management) analytics for BofA's India and APAC banking book
Requirements & Skills
- MBA (Finance) or B.Com/Economics graduate with strong quantitative background (2025/2026 batch)
- Financial modelling skills: DCF, comparable analysis, Excel financial analysis
- Understanding of banking products, capital markets, and financial instruments
- Good analytical rigour and ability to work in a fast-paced investment banking environment
- CFA Level I or FRM Level I cleared is a strong advantage
