Financial Analyst – Corporate Finance (Fresher)

About This Role

BNP Paribas India is hiring fresher Financial Analysts for its Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) and Global Markets divisions at its Mumbai and Chennai offices. BNP Paribas is Europe's largest bank, and its India CIB team serves Indian blue-chip corporates and MNCs with structured financing, capital markets, trade finance, and risk management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial modelling and analysis for corporate lending, project finance, and structured finance transactions
• Prepare credit note and deal approval documents for corporate loans, ECB, and bond issuances
• Support Global Markets trading operations: trade booking, position keeping, and daily P&L for FX and rates desks
• Conduct AML/KYC due diligence for new corporate client onboarding and periodic reviews
• Prepare regulatory reports for RBI (Form ECB, Form 15CA/CB) and SEBI for capital market transactions
• Monitor loan covenants, LTV ratios, and security documentation for the corporate lending book

Requirements & Skills

• MBA (Finance) or CA/CFA Level I from a recognised institution (2025/2026 batch)
• Strong financial modelling and accounting knowledge
• Understanding of corporate banking products, capital markets, and FEMA regulations
• Good written communication for credit documentation and regulatory reports
• French language skills are advantageous (not mandatory)
