About This Role

Voicetek BPO Delhi is hiring BPO Executives for its voice and non-voice processes at its Connaught Place and Janakpuri delivery centres. Both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of BPO experience are eligible. Voice process candidates will handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Hindi. Non-voice candidates will manage chat, email, or back-office data processing tasks. Depending on your communication assessment, you will be placed in the process that best fits your skills.

Role Context

Voicetek supports clients in banking, insurance, and telecom sectors from its two Delhi centres. The voice floor handles 350–500 calls per day per team. Non-voice teams process 200–400 records or chat sessions per shift. All agents undergo a 10-day paid training covering product knowledge, scripting, CRM tools, and quality standards. Team leads are present on the floor throughout the shift. Shifts are rotational with fixed weekly offs. Cab pick-up and drop available for shifts ending after 9 PM.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound or outbound calls (voice process) or chat/email/data tasks (non-voice process)
Resolve customer queries within first-contact and maintain CSAT targets
Update CRM after every interaction with accurate case notes
Follow call scripts and non-voice response templates as trained
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to team lead immediately
Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks

Requirements

12th pass or any graduation — freshers welcome
Good communication in Hindi and basic English
Typing speed: 30 WPM for non-voice process
Basic computer skills — internet, MS Word, email
Willing to work in rotational shifts
Resident of Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, or Ghaziabad

What Voicetek Offers

CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month depending on process type
Night shift allowance: ₹2,000 – ₹4,000 additional for late shifts
