HomeSupport India BPO is hiring Customer Support Executives for its fully remote team in India. This is a full-time, permanent work-from-home role with a day shift schedule. You will provide customer support via voice, chat, or email — the specific channel depends on the account you are assigned to after training. Freshers, graduates, and experienced candidates all are welcome to apply. If you have a working laptop, stable broadband, and clear communication skills in English and Hindi, you are eligible.
HomeSupport India works with e-commerce, insurance, and telecom clients who need India-based remote support teams. Depending on your account, you may handle queries about insurance policies, online orders, mobile plans, or app subscriptions. All tools are web-based and accessed via secure VPN. Your team lead manages 8–10 agents and is available on Microsoft Teams throughout the shift for escalations and support. New agents go through a 10-day paid training before going live on calls.
