MailOps India is hiring Email Support Executives for its remote team. This is a text-only, non-voice work-from-home role where you will handle customer queries exclusively via email. No live chat and no phone calls — this makes it one of the most comfortable and stress-free customer support roles available. Freshers who write clearly in English and enjoy structured, methodical work are ideal candidates. You will manage an email queue for one assigned client account and respond to each customer query accurately using approved templates.
MailOps provides email-only customer support outsourcing for SaaS, education-tech, and subscription businesses. Your daily work involves reading inbound customer emails, categorizing them by query type, applying the correct response template, and personalizing it before sending. Each shift handles an average queue of 80–120 emails. The work is measured by first-response time (under 4 hours for all emails), resolution rate, and customer satisfaction rating collected via post-reply survey. Senior agents review a sample of your emails weekly.
