ChatFirst India Services is hiring Online Chat Support Executives for its domestic and semi-international day shift process. This is a 100% work-from-home role designed for freshers who want to begin their BPO or customer service career without commuting to a physical office. You will handle live chat interactions for a fintech or e-commerce brand in India or Singapore. Good written English and a basic understanding of online transactions are all you need to apply.
ChatFirst India's day shift team operates from 9 AM to 6 PM IST and handles customer queries for payment apps and online shopping platforms. You will manage 2–3 simultaneous chats at a time, helping customers with wallet recharges, failed transactions, delivery status, and account verification queries. All tools are web-based. A team lead is available on Slack during working hours for escalations. Quality assessors review 5–10% of chats per agent every week and share feedback through a brief WhatsApp voice note.
