NightBridge BPO Solutions is hiring Work From Home Chat Support Executives for its international night shift process. In this role you will handle live chat conversations with customers from the US and UK for an e-commerce and SaaS client. This is a fully remote, night shift position — shifts run from 9 PM to 6 AM IST. Night shift allowance is paid additionally over base salary. Freshers with good written English are eligible to apply.
NightBridge's international chat team manages customer queries for a US-based software and retail client during their business hours. You will handle 3–4 simultaneous chats covering order tracking, subscription billing, account access, and basic product support. A shift supervisor is online throughout the night on Microsoft Teams. Average chat handling time is 8–12 minutes per conversation. The work is text-only — no voice calls, no video. CSAT scores are reviewed weekly with individual coaching from the team lead.
