About This Role

FirstStep Data Services is hiring Online Data Entry Operators with no experience required. This work-from-home role is genuinely open to anyone who can read and type in English, regardless of educational background or prior work history. Role Context

FirstStep handles catalogue data entry, form digitization, and product database management for e-commerce and retail clients in India. The work is repetitive and well-defined — ideal for beginners who are learning to work from home for the first time. New operators start with simple, English-language batches of 150–200 records per day. As accuracy and speed improve, batch sizes increase and pay goes up accordingly. Most operators reach the ₹12,000 per month level within 60 days of starting.

What You Will Do

• Enter product details, customer records, or form data from source files into our web portal
• Check your own entries for spelling errors and formatting issues before submitting
• Submit your daily batch by 8 PM through the portal
• Ask questions through the WhatsApp support group — responses within 2 hours during business hours

Requirements

• No minimum qualification — 10th pass acceptable
• Able to read and type basic English
• Typing speed: 20 WPM minimum (we will help you improve through practice batches)
• Laptop or desktop with internet — Windows or Mac
• No prior work experience needed

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay: ₹7,000 – ₹9,000 per month for beginners (150–200 records per day)
• Experienced level: ₹11,000 – ₹14,000 per month (350–400 records per day)
• Pay credited weekly to bank account or UPI
