About This Role

NCR Data Processing Services is hiring Work From Home Data Entry Operators in Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. Both full-time (8 hours) and part-time (4 hours) positions are available. This is a genuine, home-based data entry role with weekly salary payments. Candidates from Delhi NCR are preferred as some projects involve occasional pick-up of physical documents from our Noida office. Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.

Role Context

NCR Data Processing handles digitization and document management for corporate clients, law firms, and government agencies in Delhi NCR. You will be assigned to one project at a time, entering data from scanned documents into structured templates in our portal. Full-time operators handle 700–900 records per day; part-time operators handle 300–400 records. Project durations range from 2 weeks to 6 months with the option to roll over to the next project at the same pay rate.

Key Responsibilities

Enter structured data from assigned source documents into the online data portal
Maintain daily output targets and accuracy benchmarks (98%+ accuracy required)
Self-verify entries using the portal's built-in validation tool before submission
Communicate via WhatsApp group for batch updates and supervisor instructions
Attend biweekly video call with project coordinator

Requirements

12th pass or above
Good English typing — 30 WPM for part-time, 40 WPM for full-time
Basic Hindi reading ability is useful for some government document projects
Laptop or desktop — Windows 10 preferred
Broadband: 15 Mbps minimum
Resident of Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, or Ghaziabad

Pay and Benefits

Part-time pay: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (4 hours daily)
Full-time pay: ₹18,000 – ₹26,000 per month (8 hours daily)
Weekly salary every Saturday to bank account
Accuracy bonus: ₹1,000 per month for maintaining 99%+ accuracy
