About This Role

Chennai DataOps Solutions is hiring Part-Time Data Entry Operators specifically for candidates based in Chennai and Tamil Nadu. This work-from-home role is ideal for freshers, students pursuing graduation or post-graduation, and homemakers in Chennai looking for a flexible income opportunity. The role requires 3–4 hours per day of focused data entry work and pays weekly. No prior experience in data entry is required — we train you on our tools before your first assignment.

Role Context

Chennai DataOps handles data digitization projects for healthcare, manufacturing, and government clients based in Tamil Nadu. Many of our source documents are in English and occasionally in Tamil-transliteration formats. Operators are assigned batches that match their verified skill level — beginners receive simpler English-only batches while experienced operators receive higher-complexity and higher-pay batches. All work is done through our secure web portal — no software installation required on your personal computer.

Key Responsibilities

Enter data from assigned source files (scanned forms, PDFs, spreadsheets) into the web portal
Maintain accuracy of 97% or above on all submissions
Complete and submit daily batch within the designated window (8 AM – 8 PM)
Flag unclear or unreadable source material to your batch supervisor via WhatsApp or portal chat
Attend the monthly video call briefing on new project requirements

Requirements

12th pass or graduation (any stream) — freshers and students welcome
Good English reading and typing ability
Typing speed: 28 WPM or above
Laptop or desktop with Chrome browser — Windows 8 or above
Broadband or Wi-Fi: 10 Mbps minimum
Residents of Chennai, Tambaram, Ambattur, Anna Nagar, Perambur or surrounding areas preferred for occasional on-site document collection

Pay and Benefits

Pay: ₹8,000 – ₹14,000 per month for 3–4 hours daily
Weekly payment to bank account every Friday
Productivity bonus for completing batches above daily target
Option to increase hours and move to full-time engagement after 3 months
