Financial Analyst – JPMorgan Chase

Responsibilities
- Build financial models (DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions) to support deal and investment decisions
- Prepare client-ready pitch books, information memoranda, and financial presentations
- Conduct industry and company research to identify strategic opportunities and risks
- Analyze financial statements, credit metrics, and performance indicators across client portfolios
- Support senior bankers in executing M&A transactions, debt financing, and capital raises
- Collaborate with internal teams including credit, legal, compliance, and operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related quantitative field
- GPA of 3.5+ preferred; strong quantitative coursework required
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (VBA a plus)
- Internship experience in finance, investment banking, or accounting strongly preferred
- Series 63/79 licensing support provided upon hire
