About This Role

DataFlow Services India is hiring Part-Time Online Data Entry Operators for its remote project team. This is a genuine, work-from-home data entry role where you will input structured data from PDF documents, scanned forms, and spreadsheets into our online database system. Role Context

DataFlow Services processes digitization and data management projects for clients in healthcare, legal, and logistics sectors. As a part-time data entry operator, you will be assigned a daily batch of documents to process. Work is measured by accuracy (target: 98%+) and daily output (target: 300–500 records per 4-hour session). You submit your completed batch through our web portal each day. A quality reviewer checks a sample of your output within 24 hours and provides feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data from assigned source documents (PDFs, scanned images, CSV files) into the online portal
• Verify entered data for accuracy before final submission
• Flag illegible or unclear source documents for supervisor review
• Meet daily output targets and accuracy benchmarks
• Communicate with the project coordinator if a deadline cannot be met

Requirements

• 12th pass or above — freshers and students welcome
• Typing speed: 30 WPM or above in English
• Laptop or desktop with Windows 10 or above
• Stable internet connection: 10 Mbps or above
• Ability to work 4 hours per day consistently (flexible timing)
• Basic familiarity with MS Excel and web browser navigation

Pay and Benefits

• Pay: ₹9,000 – ₹14,000 per month for 4 hours daily
• Weekly salary credit to bank account
• Accuracy bonus: ₹500 – ₹1,500 per month for 99%+ accuracy rate
