Role Context

Flipkart handles millions of customer orders every day and part-time associates are a key part of its customer support model, especially during peak sale events. You will handle chat and email queries from Flipkart shoppers related to order status, delivery delays, return requests, and product information. Each shift is 4–5 hours with a clearly defined target of queries handled per hour. A part-time team lead is available on chat throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound chat and email queries from Flipkart customers during your assigned shift
• Resolve order, delivery, payment, and return queries using Flipkart's internal tools
• Respond professionally within response time targets for chat (under 2 minutes) and email (under 4 hours)
• Escalate complex or policy-exception cases to the full-time team queue
• Log interaction outcomes in the CRM after each case

Requirements

• 12th pass or graduation (pursuing or completed)
• Basic English reading and writing skills
• Typing speed: 28 WPM or above
• Laptop or desktop with Windows 10 or above
• Broadband: 15 Mbps minimum
• Available for a consistent 4–5 hour shift daily (Monday to Saturday)
