Role Context

Sutherland's India remote team handles customer service and back-office support for global clients in telecom, banking, insurance, and retail. Depending on the account you are assigned to, your work will involve handling customer queries via chat, email, or inbound voice. All tools are web-based — you access Sutherland's systems through a secure VPN on your personal device. A remote team lead coordinates your batch during the 3-week training phase and continues as your day-to-day supervisor post-deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer contacts via chat, email, or voice as per process assignment
• Resolve queries related to billing, orders, accounts, and service issues within SLA
• Maintain CSAT, first-contact resolution, and average handling time targets
• Update CRM records accurately after every customer interaction
• Attend daily virtual standups and weekly performance review sessions
• Follow Sutherland's remote security protocols — no data stored on personal drives

Requirements

• 12th pass or any graduation — freshers welcome
• Good spoken and written English
• Typing speed: 30 WPM minimum
• Personal laptop or desktop — Windows 10 or above
• Wired broadband: 20 Mbps minimum
• Quiet dedicated workspace at home
• Smartphone for two-factor login
