Sutherland is hiring Customer Service Associates through its 2026 off-campus recruitment drive across India. Sutherland is a global process transformation company with over 60,000 employees worldwide and this role is an excellent entry point for freshers seeking a career in customer service and digital business operations. Role Context

Sutherland's Customer Service Associates handle inbound voice, chat, or email support for one of Sutherland's US or UK clients in the telecom, banking, or retail sectors. Your process and channel (voice or non-voice) are assigned after the training assessment based on your aptitude and communication skills. Training runs for 3 weeks and is fully paid. You will work from a Sutherland delivery centre in your city with cafeteria, transport, and wellness facilities provided.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer contacts and resolve queries within the first interaction where possible
Follow defined scripts and SOPs while adapting communication to the customer's situation
Update the CRM with accurate interaction notes after every contact
Achieve daily quality scores, AHT targets, and CSAT benchmarks
Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate specialist team with proper documentation
Complete e-learning modules and certification requirements during the training period

Eligibility

12th pass or any graduation — 2023, 2024, or 2025 pass-out
Good English communication — spoken and written
Basic computer skills
Willing to work in shifts including evenings and weekends
Immediate joiners preferred
