Sutherland's Customer Service Associates handle inbound voice, chat, or email support for one of Sutherland's US or UK clients in the telecom, banking, or retail sectors. Your process and channel (voice or non-voice) are assigned after the training assessment based on your aptitude and communication skills. Training runs for 3 weeks and is fully paid. You will work from a Sutherland delivery centre in your city with cafeteria, transport, and wellness facilities provided.
