Role Context

Concentrix's India remote team supports global clients in e-commerce, telecom, and fintech sectors through chat, email, and inbound voice channels. You will handle customer inquiries related to orders, payments, account management, and product support. The remote work model is fully supported — Concentrix provides a loaner laptop in some programs, IT helpdesk support, and a dedicated remote team lead reachable on Microsoft Teams at all times during your shift. Quality feedback is given weekly through a recorded session review.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer interactions via chat, email, or voice depending on process assignment
• Resolve queries related to orders, refunds, accounts, and product information
• Provide empathetic, clear, and professional communication in every interaction
• Navigate multiple browser tabs and CRM systems simultaneously
• Meet daily CSAT, AHT, and first-contact resolution targets
• Attend weekly virtual feedback sessions with team lead

Requirements

• 12th pass or any graduation — freshers welcome
• Good spoken and written English
• Typing speed: 30 WPM or above
• Personal laptop or desktop — Windows 10 or above
• Broadband: wired 20 Mbps minimum
• Quiet home workspace
• Willing to work in rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
