Tech Mahindra is hiring International Non-Voice Chat Support Executives for its BPO division. In this role you will handle live chat conversations with customers from the US, UK, or Australia — no voice calls. The process runs in night shift (IST) to align with international client time zones. This is an office-based role with transport provided for night shift employees. Freshers and candidates with prior chat support experience are both welcome to apply.
Tech Mahindra's international non-voice process handles customer service for a global telecom or e-commerce client. You will manage 3–4 simultaneous chat conversations covering order tracking, billing queries, account changes, and technical troubleshooting. The work is fast-paced but structured — a team lead monitors chat queues in real time and assists when a conversation needs escalation. Night shift attracts an additional allowance and all employees working after 9 PM are provided cab drops.
