Tech Mahindra is hiring Process Trainers for its BPO division as part of its 2026 expansion. This role is for professionals with 1–3 years of experience in BPO operations who have either worked in a training capacity or are ready to transition from being a top-performing process executive to a trainer role. Tech Mahindra's BPO division handles customer service, technical support, and back-office processes for clients across telecom, banking, and retail sectors. The Process Trainer is responsible for onboarding new batches of process executives — typically 15–25 trainees per batch — and ensuring they meet Go-Live readiness benchmarks before being put on the floor. You will also conduct refresher training for existing teams when processes change or quality scores drop. Trainers coordinate closely with operations managers and quality teams.
