About This Role

Tech Mahindra is hiring Process Trainers for its BPO division as part of its 2026 expansion. This role is for professionals with 1–3 years of experience in BPO operations who have either worked in a training capacity or are ready to transition from being a top-performing process executive to a trainer role. If you are passionate about coaching others, designing content, and improving team performance, this is a well-defined career track with strong growth into Senior Trainer and Training Manager positions.

Role Context

Tech Mahindra's BPO division handles customer service, technical support, and back-office processes for clients across telecom, banking, and retail sectors. The Process Trainer is responsible for onboarding new batches of process executives — typically 15–25 trainees per batch — and ensuring they meet Go-Live readiness benchmarks before being put on the floor. You will also conduct refresher training for existing teams when processes change or quality scores drop. Trainers coordinate closely with operations managers and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct new hire training for batches of 15–25 process executives over 10–21 days
Develop and update training content — presentation decks, job aids, process guides, and assessments
Evaluate trainees through role plays, mock calls, and written assessments
Coordinate Go-Live readiness certification with operations and quality teams
Conduct refresher sessions for existing teams on process updates and quality improvements
Track batch-wise training metrics and report to Training Manager weekly
Collaborate with SMEs to ensure training content reflects current client process

Requirements

Any graduation
1–3 years of experience in BPO operations (voice, non-voice, or back office)
Prior experience as a trainer, buddy trainer, or floor walker is a strong advantage
Excellent communication skills in English — spoken and written
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Word for content creation
Ability to engage a classroom of 15–25 trainees and maintain energy levels
