About This Role

Cognizant is hiring Work From Home Process Executives for its remote BPS (Business Process Services) team in India. This fully remote role involves handling data processing, document verification, or customer communication tasks for Cognizant's global clients. If you have any graduation and a home setup with a laptop and broadband, you can apply whether you are a fresher or have prior BPO or back-office experience.

Role Context

Cognizant's remote process teams handle non-voice back-office operations for clients in banking, insurance, and healthcare. You will be assigned to a specific process and trained over 10–15 days before going live. All work is done through Cognizant's secure remote desktop environment — you do not need to install client applications on your personal machine. Your team lead and quality coach are available on Microsoft Teams throughout the shift. Work hours are standard IST business hours for most accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Process assigned transactions — data entry, document indexing, form verification, or claims processing depending on account
Maintain accuracy targets of 98%+ and daily productivity quotas
Communicate with the team lead over chat for any process deviations or exceptions
Complete end-of-day production logs accurately
Attend virtual team meetings and process refresher sessions
Follow Cognizant's remote work security protocols — no data sharing on personal devices

Requirements

Any graduation — all streams accepted
Typing speed: 30 WPM minimum
Personal laptop or desktop — Windows 10 or above (Mac not supported for some accounts)
Wired broadband: minimum 20 Mbps
Quiet dedicated workspace at home
Ability to work in IST day shifts (9 AM – 6 PM)
